Zambia Police Service is investigating a matter in which a transgender woman escaped from Chainama Hills Mental Hospital and walked naked on The Great East Road in Lusaka yesterday.
According to family sources the transgender woman was born a boy with no female organs.
However, the family just got a shock of their lives when the transgender woman left the country and came back with breasts and changed his name to that of a woman.
